Returns Policy

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Orders are not eligible for return after 5 days, and any unapproved returns will be refused.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Must be returned in original packaging with the Order Number included.
  • Non-compliant returns may incur a 50% restocking fee.
Exempt Goods for Returns
  • Sale items
  • Holiday purchases (non-returnable within four weeks of the holiday)
Damaged Goods

Email us at info@sandilakeclothing.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged/defective items
  • Order number and item SKU

We will prioritize reshipping if in stock or issue store credit if out of stock.

Return Processing

You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Special Conditions for Refunds

Refunds for errors on our part will be processed once the return tracking shows the item in transit.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after return processing.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
